Flow Assurance
Chemistry that keeps oil and gas flowing through pipelines: hydrate inhibitors (MEG — monoethylene glycol — and methanol), polymeric asphaltene inhibitors, and paraffin/wax solvents.

Film-forming amine corrosion inhibitors, threshold scale inhibitors, and organic biocides to protect subsea & surface infrastructure.

Field Results: Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) Asset
Using batch treatments of DBNPA, THPS, and Glutaraldehyde, the engineering team successfully reduced microbial concentrations from 10,000 pg/ml down to 0.48 pg/ml.
Application of targeted polyelectrolytes reduced oil-in-water concentrations from 100 ppm down to 6 ppm, while lowering required dosage rates from 32 ppm to 9 ppm.
